Booking Conditions

All bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

To secure your appointment or wedding date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is essential to secure the services and ensure availability for your requested date/time. Kindly note that we do not hold appointment dates until the deposit has been paid. 

Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment, service will only be provided within your allocated booking time. 

 

Allergies/ Medical Conditions

It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any allergies or medical conditions before the appointment. Under no circumstances is Bell responsible or liable for any reactions to products used. 

Bell reserves the right to refuse service if the client exhibits contagious symptoms, such as but not limited to vomiting, fever, coughing, diarrhea, conjunctivitis, or cold sores. Therefore, deposits will not be refunded if contagious symptoms are present.

 

Group/ Wedding Bookings

All on-location bookings will incur a travel fee. Additionally, clients are kindly requested to organise and cover parking/ hotel cost. 

If the event of postponement, this is classified as cancellation. A new deposit is required to secure the new date.

Changes to the size of the group booking can be discussed after the deposit has been made. Additional fees may also be added if the number of guests being serviced reduces below the booking minimum of 3 people.

The remaining balance of your booking will need to be paid in full prior to the booking date via bank transfer or payment link provided. 

 

Photographs/ Videos

Bell reserves the right to capture photographs or videos for promotional purposes on social media and website. If the client does not wish to be featured, please disclose accordingly before the appointment.
